Any large task challenge should begin by breaking it into smaller tasks. When we think of ants being capable of eating an elephant, at first it seems impossible, but they do it!
Now consider your task, what are you currently trying to get done? For most of us, our main goal is simple, "to be better today than what we were yesterday."
We refer to this in business lingo as "continuous improvement." In order to start on this giant task, we need first to evaluate where we are. This initial metric give us a reference point to gauge our future improvement. The Fitness Quotient (FQ) test is the way to get this initial reference point. The FQ has all the key parameters that we have to improve all the time.
Go to the test menu on this blog and take the test today! Then make a note of the areas that you need to improve. This is your goal. Then, create a plan to address any single metric that you have scored low and you will be on the road to becoming "The Version of YOU".
