End Racism, by killing the word "RACE"!

Racism can only exist if we distinguish ourselves BY RACE. What is Race anyway? According to the encyclopedia of genetic: "Human races are distinguished by anthropologists on the basis of anthropometric traits. Geneticists delineate the races on the basis of gene frequencies shared within the group and as different from other “racial” populations. The classification of “races” is compounded by social and cultural factors. The main human races are Caucasoid, Mongoloids (including Chinese, Japanese, Koreans, and American Indians, etc.), and Negroid. Khoisanoids or Capoids (Bushmen and Hottentots) and Pacific races (Australian aborigines, Polynesians, Melanesians, and Indonesians) may also be distinguished. Many other subgroups within the larger ethnic groups may be classified."

We are all Homo Sapiens!... Image what will the conversation be like if the news said, "today, a Homo Sapiens was unjustly killed on the street by a policeman!" The conversation will take a much different direction than the current toxic, irrational, emotional, and unintelligent response we see in the world today. We may actually spend time looking for the actual root cause of the killing. Causes like the socio-economic injustice, the level of ignorance, the wealth inequities, and many other potential root causes.

We, Home Sapiens, are extremely similar, genetically we are 99.9% the same! What will our conversation be like if we focus on the fact that we all basically identical? A higher intelligent species would look at our planet and rightfully concluded that there is very little higher intelligence on planet earth when we are killing one another over irrelevant, trivial differences such as RACE.

We have a big crisis, but it is not Race discrimination (i.e, racism), it is a difference in equity distribution (human's inequality). We have inequality of resources (i.e., the have Vs the have not). This is creating most of the injustice we see on the planet. If we want to fight injustice, this is where we must focus, not on RACE, but on creating equality and fairness. We should strive to level the plane field, to give every child on the planet the tools needed to succeed, regardless of his so-called "RACE". The other major crisis is one of IGNORANCE. Ignorance is extremely widespread; which is incredible considering how easy one can search for data. The average Homo Sapiens doesn't understand how the technology he or she is using works. She goes through life being push and pull by invisible social pressures and living life in a reactionary mode. Ask the person next to you to explain how a computer works? I will estimate less than 10% of the world population can actually answer this question. If we kill the Virus of Ignorance we would make great strive toward equality, justice, and happiness as the "wiser" population will contribute at a much higher level to the finding of solutions to our existential problems.

A single word can be very powerful and may set the tone of the country conversation. Let's start finding solutions to our "racism" problems by realizing that we are NOT Latinos, African Americans, Asians, or any other label the government and the public at large are putting on us. We are Homo Sapiens. Let's start finding ways to create a just planet for all Homo Sapiens. Let's educate ourselves (become learners for life), let's kill the ignorance virus, let's kill the word "Race" (don't use it ever again, use Home Sapiens), and the world will become a better place to live!
